  • Heart attack

    Just a quick short one right now–last Friday, I had a heart attack, and had to have a triple by-pass done.  Recovery is long and painful, but good at the same time.  Will fill you in more, as time permits!

  • Holy Smoke Laurie, I wasn’t expecting that! But then neither were you, I dare say. I hope you’re able to make a full recovery. Not much more I can say but that is there? Just the “get well soon” bit.

    Now I did come over with a purpose, which is to thank you for your comment on my Philip Jose Farmer post, and warn you not to expect too much. He writes some good, entertaining stuff if: A, you like sci-fi, B, you’re not looking for anything too deep, and C, you’re pretty broad minded with the erotic bit.

    Considering “C,” perhaps you should leave his work alone till you’ve got your strength back.

  • I  am very sorry to hear about your health. In the same time I’m happy you were able to make it, and now it is only a question of time and patience to get better and be again the old. Bypasses will be keeping ypou from further trouble.

    You worked hard to make your site simple yet elegant. The pictures are a nice touch. I see that you needed hospitalization! That’s the kind of world that we live in now, a world where sickness and death are a part of life. Fortunately, it isn’t going to stay this way much longer!
