Thursday at my brother’s was delicious! We have had some warmer than normal temps, and no snow on the ground, yet.
Our cats are frisky and playful this morning-Milee ‘knocked over’ a fake tree (a fig tree, I think) we have, but no damage done.
I bought a gift for Trisha yesterday, along with 3 books that were $2.00 each.
I bought a cute pink top, and Christmas cards and some chocolate (of course!)
I love bargains!Hoping your weekend is fruitful and happy!
I love you!!

I have been listening to some Christmas music on the stereo!

I can’t decide whether to decorate or not this year.
I would love to be able to decorate, but it is going to have to wait awhile. We are expecting warm temps this week (one day is supposed to be near 70), so hopefully we will get things done.
Sounds like you have been busy shopping. I’m going to do a little online shopping today. I detest fighting the crowds. Better to sit here and listen to Christmas music while I shop. Much more peaceful.
(((HUGS)))!!!
I got all my Christmas presents for 50% off I love a bargain too. Nice poem. I love getting ready for Christmas. I had a wonderful Thanksgiving glad to hear you did too. Love you, Laurie, Judi
I have to get my place done and decorated!
I always get a little too eager when I hug your hug button. Invariably, I’m able to deliver only half a dozen or so hugs and it tells me to wait a second or two between – a sign of incompatibility no doubt – between your hug button and me, that is.
I guess we’re in for a bit of snow tonight. Keep warm…
:sunny: I’m in a bah humbug mood this year
I hope you have a nice holiday season, Laurie.

i’m in the mood to decorate but have to wait until nearly the 25th since the moving van arrives the 8th and everything is in boxes!
happy holidays! may you find great sales!!!!:heartbeat:
Enjoy the holiday spirits. Enjoy your friends and family. But most of all, enjoy yourself.
Chirstmas is so great because of the long lead up time and especially because of the music.
Good for you! You are definitely in the spirit and your sharing your’s with me certainly brightened my morning. With the economic set backs, unemployment as it is rising, etc. I have been focusing so heavily on our predicament economy-wise in the US, that I’ve forgotten the spirit that awaits us all, and will be our saving grace in the end…..our belief (if that is one’s belief), that God (in any form that is right for you) is looking over us and if we don’t get into our own way, He can bring us the gift of peace our country is needing. I believe He has started with you, my friend.
Love and hugs,
Lisa.:goodjob:
