La-ti-dah
Trisha goes into her gastroenterologist for a consult today. They are debating putting a camera scope down into her stomach. This has to be done to determine if her ulcer (at 16!!) is bleeding.
I have been very slowly decorating for Christmas, as the living area has been in a big mess, no thanks to my daughter. I have some cards to get out, too.
Not feeling very Christmasy yet, but I know that can change, once the messes are picked up, and I can turn on some Christmas tunes. Hope I can get into the spirit of the thing!?!
How are you spending your time-besides working?
We have snow on the ground now-a couple inches.
I’d take a picture, but I need a card for my camera,
can’t afford one right now.My Christmas shopping (most of it) has been at the Dollar Store.
Nice stuff for cheap!Have a great day!
I love you!!

I haven’t done anything Christmasy. No tree yet, no gifts yet. Yikes.
Besides working, I’ve mostly been staying home for the last week. Today was different though. I went a friends’ house for dinner and conversation. We also listened to a Joyce Meyer’s sermon.
I’m puppy sitting their Jack Russel Terriers until Sunday.
I hope you two have the best Christmas ever Miss Laurie, I love you. Judi
It’s okay to just move up to it a little bit at a time. In fact, it’s probably the best way to approach Christmas.
I hope your daughter will get some good news after that test. I think my own stomach is starting to ache just thinking about her – poor thing. She needs her own tender loving care to pull her through and to learn to love and appreciate herself and her sweet momma.
Bless you.
Dollar stores are good that way.
Good thoughts re Trish.
Prayers that all go well with Trisha….
Ilove dollar stores. Hope al is well…work up to the spirit, nice and gradual!
Hi Laurie, i was here yesterday but the computer froze…like much of the country.
I am worried about Trisha, is she any better? Sixteen is so young to have even an ulcer much less bleeding, which i hope it was and is not.
Hope she is better very soon.
As for Christmas, it is not too cheery here right now , but as you say, it can change…. let us hope it does!
Take care!
Peace and Love
Patty
